Glimmer Mist info and Bernie and friends

Morning all. I know I promised more pictures of Bernie and the labs but how many of you have tried taking a picture of a St Bernard's and three Labradors and getting them all to stand still ? Believe me it almost impossible, plus Abbey is in a 'delicate' state at the moment and George is more than a little interested in her if you know what I mean......... so she ducked out of this one and it's just the big boy, Buffy and George.

For those of your who may be interest, I'm working on a sort of tutorial using Glimmer Mists. Over the weeks I have been asked by several bloggers about using them and I always try and PM to give some help. This made me realised that whilst lots of us are familiar with them, equally there are those that like the idea but have not taken the first step.......after all they are not cheap and if you are going to make the investment it's nice to have some idea how to work with them and as a lady pointed out to me yesterday it would be helpful to know other things like what colours make up a good colour combo so you can target your purchases. So the camera is out, so are the GM's, the silicone sheet is in place and I shall set to work this morning and see if I can come up with something that can be posted up.

Hi Brenda, seeing them all together really does show his size, what a big cuttle teddy though, my white poodles tiny but growls at us from under my son's bed.I'm getting big dog next time.
About the glimmer mists, pigment powder in water , I think, I got something similar from the last stamp show I went to.janex

The boys are awesome as I'm sure Abbey is. I have a mini long-haired dachshund so these guys look even bigger to me! Gorgeous.

Can't wait to see your tutorial on gm. I could become a convert very easily. No will power whatsoever. hugs, eileen

Hi Brenda

A GM tutorial would be brilliant. I will look forward to that. It is something I know nothing about.

Who is the poor unfortunate person who has "lost their head"? LOL!!

Only me Jules, but my head is the clouds or away with the fairies most of the time anyway so fitting perhaps.

Alex was at the other end of the camera - and him a professional photographer !! But they do say never work with animals and children don't they and you would never beleive how long it took to get that picture.

Oh Brenda your doggie family is the best - Bernie is a size isn't he and he looks such a sweetie. He's a lucky boy to have found such a loving home. Glad they're all getting on well together.

I haven't got or ever used Glimmer Mists so a tutorial would be very much appreciated - my bank balance is groaning already lol.

Hi Brenda,
Awww Bernie looks a big softie, what gorgeous dogs! That reminds me must up date the photo of my boys(dogs that is).
I'm a big scaredy cat when it comes to buying and trying something new, as I hate waste and i'm always worried that I won't like something then i've wasted money. So a tutorial on glimmer mists is just what I need then i'll know if I want to buy some.
Thank you Brenda
Happy crafting
