Let it Snow

Morning Peeps, at Allsorts we are still preparing for Christmas with the theme of 'Let is Snow with an A/G option' as selected by Lolo.

A rather hurried post, much to my horror this morning I realised all I had written for this post was the first couple of lines and not even uploaded my work. I always schedule well ahead with posts and just add extras closer to posting date if necessary, but for whatever reason this one got missed, yet the next few weeks are finished!

Both of these card are recent DT makes for Oakwood's Create and Craft shows a few weeks ago, above using Stampendous Snow People and Oakwood Snowflake stencil and of course liberal helpings of glitter. The cold snowy feel is quite fitting at the moment as it's been well below zero all week here in the Fens and stayed that way all day a couple of times and looks set to continue.

This one uses Oakwood Perry and Sammy stamp set, a very plain card for me using the large alphabet die set I treated myself to a while back, again glitter and Sammy the Snowman.

Have a good weekend and keep warm.

A different style from you today, but just as lovely as always. Glad you realised your blog post wasn't complete before it posted. Very cold here today, but the sun is still shining. Hope we don't get any snow xx

A fun snowmen crew on the first card with all the different colored winter gear and loving the sparkle! And you did fabulous job on the second CAS style card too, I always like a red white and blue color combo for winter cards! Love the way to snowman is part of the die cut letters!
We've had a few days of below freezing a couple of weeks ago, recently been just a bit above freezing but lots of fog daily, typical late fall weather and I am not looking forward to deep winter when it gets bitter cold.

I love both snowman Christmas cards you're posting here, but with the dimensional wording, the second one gets my top vote.

Definitely a frosty chilly day. Fancy a nice hot toddy up in the Treehouse? xxx

2 gorgeous snowy cards Brenda .. I love the combo of the focal wording and image in Roth’s second card, and I adore your snow people stamp on the first card. You are right they are all perfect for the current climate .. it snowed in Liverpool yesterday and there was thick fog over the Oennines yesterday evening ..it’s absolutely bitterly cold, I’ve had my woolly hat in!

I like both! They are so different; the first so joyfull and bright and the 2nd beautifully CAS and with great snow! Here it is round and below zero aswell. I feel lucky if there is any sunshine... the real "dark days before christmas"... Enjoy the weekend and stay warm!

Two wonderful cards Brenda - love them both!!
That sounds awfully cold where you are. I was chatting to someone this morning and they were saying it's also snowing in Germany, way earlier than ususal.
Here we have warm temperatures, but not as hot as usual, and RAIN that seems never ending!
Blessings
