Morning Peeps, a new challenge at Allsorts where Liz has selected the theme Shades of Blue as well as the usual A/G option. We have two super prizes of Lavinia Stamps so I thought I had better put ink to stamps and created a couple using the new Herbs and Delights and Stickers Stencils and Labels Bundle that have been idling on my desk too long.
For the top one (Gardening by night!) I used Elements Della Blue and Dark Denim to create some clouds and shade the edges. Versafine Clair Twilight for the stamping along with Artic and Very Peri. This fits in nicely with Lavinia's Humble Abode challenge, when I showed Hubby the comment was "a long way home for those little legs", rarely do his comments reflect what's actually been done to create the card!
For this one the same inks as above plus Versamark and white EP for the Thyme along with one of the blues from the new Mica Minerals for the words. If you've not tried any of the Sticker Stencils and there's quite a collection now, I urge you to give them a go, so easy to use and they do maintain their adhesion which I was sceptical about initially.
One more which is for the current Path of Positivity challenge, not a Valentines this time, but with a positive sentiment which like the stamps used to build up the scene is from Lavinia.
Happy weekend all and as always my thanks for your visit.

You've certainly been busy with your Lavinia stamps and all three creations are gorgeous. Quick off the mark with some of the latest products too - I've not really checked them out yet but you've tempted me to have a closer look 😊. Loved your husband's comment and I guess he's right.
Gorgeous cards Brenda. Lovely in blue and you have created wonderful sceneries. The other fairy scene is also beautiful with lovely coloures. Marlies
What could be more magical than gardening by moonlight, had to laugh at your husband's comment, mine would have said something similar, a beautiful rosemary remedy bottle and card,( I checked the medicinal properties and they are extensive) A beautiful card and inspirational sentiment for the Path of Positivity Challenge

Wonderful cards Brenda and you put so much detail into them they must take a while to make.
Wonderful magical cards using your new Lavinia products Brenda, all three of them are gorgeous. So tempted by the new stamps the little elves are so sweet, I agree with you about the sticker stencils, I'd find the smaller sizes useful, so looks like a shopping spree is imminent.

Hi Brenda, you always create these amazing scenes with your beloved Lavinia stamps, and these cards are no exception. I also love your second card, which is my favourite of today's creations.

Three absolutely beautiful creations Brenda, I especially love the scenes, you bring these stamps to life so beautifully! I really need to add those stairs/stepping stones to my stash.
A fun first card and the shades are just right for the night time gardening. The second card is a great use of the stencils. Your last card is a wonderful magical scene, I do like the swan, not seen that stamp before.
What lovely magical scenes xx
