Something Fishy

Morning to you all, Gail has selected this weeks Allsorts theme of Something Fishy along with the usual Anything Goes option. Our prizes are beautiful Lavinia stamps with a fishy feel.

The beautiful Mermaid is called Althea who is reaching out to a Fish and the scene built up using Seaweed, Sea Creatures and the pebbles rom Forest Moss repeat stamped.

Below some fishes in a bottle using a stencil created on the Scan and Cut and Lavinia stamps Fish, Shoal of Fish, Sea BubblesDeeper than the Ocean sentiment and Botanical Blossoms. I find the sentiment inspirational so sharing over at the current Path of Positivity challenge.

Was due back in hospital Wednesday, all prepared to go, call first thing, imaging machine in theatre broken, so will reschedule, should be this coming week but still waiting for confirmation!!

Two beautiful 'fishy' images for the challenge - not sure I have anything on that theme so might have to resort to 'anything goes'. How frustrating to have your hospital appointment called off at the last moment 🙄. Hope it all goes to plan when rescheduled.

Oh my both of these cards are gorgeous. The imagery, colors and stamps are wonderful. The scene on the top card is well thought out and executed and the bottle shape on the second card is very effective.

Fabulous fishy cards Brenda, love the inspirational sentiment, hope all goes well and you receive an appointment for this week. I had the last evening appointment on Tuesday last, arrived 15 min before appt. time clinic was running 30 min late, when shown through for consultation, Consultant was looking for X rays which hadn't been done,he took me to radiography and waited for results,it kept everyone late, I could have been for them instead of sitting in the waiting room, lack of coordinated planning !!

Sorry to hear about your cancelled procedure and hope it gets rescheduled soon … the NHS is in such a terrible state but they don’t seem to realise the stress and upset these cancellations cause xx
