Essence of Nature

Morning Peeps, it's mid month inspiration time at We Love Stamping and Stamping Sensations challenges where we've seen a lovely array of Spring creations. As always there are some great prizes on offer which you will can when you pop over the the challenge blogs.

Above AALL and Create Violet in a hexagonal frame, as I mentioned to a fellow DT the other day, these are TL ones from my days as a DT there are probably ten years old, but remain a well used favourite. A matching envie and the little Blackbird tucked it the top, what I particularly love is that there are two in the set looking in opposite directions.

The Violet makes another appearance along with the Dandelion on the triptych created with Sizzix Bigz Cabinet card die, a soft stencilled background and another appearance for the little Blackbird. I've also added extra elements using various A&C worker stamps.

Thought I would also share a few of my samples for tomorrows Oakwood Create and Craft show at 11am lots of new stamp sets and dies along with other goodies with a definite Spring feel.  Above Daisies in blues and yellows in support of Ukraine.

Here a scene using the new Sunshine and Flower stamp set and below using one of the new layering stencils with sparkle glitter paste.

Hope you all have a good Friday, if you are in the UK and getting some of the much awaited sunshine then enjoy.

Another gorgeous set of cards Brenda. The hexagon shaped card is fab (I am a bit obsessed recently with hexagons in crafting), and the violets lovely. Always love your tryptich cards and this one is so lovely with the stencilled backgrounds and flowers. The daisies for Ukraine are brilliant, and your other cards are fabulous too.

I'm always impressed by the variety of techniques that you use to create your beautiful cards and don't you have some gorgeous stamps! All of these cards are lovely in their own right - my favourite today is the first one with the violets, little blackbirds and that perfect hexagonal frame.
Glorious sunshine here today!

Another post brimming with wonderful creations Brenda. I love the hexagon shaped card, a lovely design and a little more interesting than a square which I tend to go for all the time.

So much eye candy, beautiful blooms and colours.
I bought white grape hyacinths in a pot, just to see some real spring flowers. Warm days with the sun brings the spring here too;-))m

As usual a wonderful set of cards, Brenda! But I must ask... is that a bout of dyslexia or a new word you coined on your daisy card? Sounds like a word crafters would use... x

I do love that violet stamp and it looks very classy on your envelope stamped in 2 colours. I can see that those little blackbirds might well be appearing often on your creations. A great set of cards, as always xx
