Poppy parade

Good morning Peeps, a really quick post as I forgot to scheduled this ahead of my latest 'mid week break' courtesy of the NHS and am pretty useless typing on my tablet. It's mid month time at Penny Black and More and Stamping Sensations challenges and here are my shares.

Now, I know the top card is a rarity for me as I don't do cute and sweet, but I came across the stamp at the bottom of one of my Penny Black draws, unused for year and though it would fit into our 'Animals' theme perfectly.

And this one uses stamps from Bee Crafty who are sponsors of this months 'Anything with Flowers' theme. This was a Birthday card for our daughter Joy, so fitting!

Hedgie looks fab with that pop of red on the layout too. I love that fancy die set - one day I want to find it in the circle too!

You should make cute cards more often Brenda - this one is gorgeous and so beautifully presented. The other card is almost ethereal and beautiful - the sentiment is so appropriate for your daughter :)
Do hope your 'mid week break' goes well

Two beautiful cards Brenda. Penny Black does have the best animal stamps in my opinion. This one with poppies is surely a cutie and I am sure the poppies have something to do why you have it :-) Glad you decided to ink it up!
Your second card is gorgoeus as well, I have a similar stamp and love how you inked it up with those gorgeous colors!

Love your Birthday card Brenda, so full of light and subtle colours. Plus I have something about wild grasses… I avoid cute too but it you've done justice to that image and the clean design of the card complements it very well. x

Bellissima!!!
Abbracci, buon weekend! Qui stasera piove.
