Winter Robins and Mice

First my thanks for all your kind messages, nothing new to report as tests ongoing, being greedy having four autoimmune conditions it's a bit of a complex cocktail. I'm hoping I might feel up to some proper crafting and blogging very soon.

Today sees new challenges at We Love Stamping and Stamping Sensations where we seem to have Christmas as the theme at both!  Prizes from Stamp Addicts at SS and an assortment of Christmas themed stamps and dies at WLS.

Above a mixture of Lavinia and AALL and Create stamps featuring Bobby and Jemima, the Robins that seem to be favourites with lots of us, entering at Peace on Earth ad Jingle Bells (snow) November challenges.

Using several stamps from the new Fealight Chronicles release, my one finished card of the week - along with a full waste bin. Linking to Country Christmas at Heartsquest challenge and think the little 'Meece" will fit in at Crafty Animals and Critter Crazy.

Another Christmas wreath I'm afraid, this one pre spin tool so not quite as symmetrical as I might like, all stamps are Lavinia and Versafine Clair inks. Girlz Creative have a new challenge which is always Christmas and it's the same theme at CRAFT.

Finally, today is reveal day for the October Card Chain Challenge, this is the card I sent to Wendy in Ireland following the colour option, Fairy, Trees and Glitter. Sparkles challenge has an Autumn theme as does Four Seasons and at Dragonfly Dreams the November theme is Feminie and another for the Autumnal palette at Colour Dare.

Wonderful selection of cards, especially the Christmas ones with the gorgeous robins and fun mice. So far I've studiously avoided looking at the latest release from Lavinia - I'm so easily tempted but tell myself I have far too many of their stamps already 🤣. Take care x

Three beautiful cards Brenda, I absolutely love each one of these! Can't wait to receive my new Lavinias but sadly I didn't order the Christmas Mail stamp!! Now seeing this I may have to place another order.
The wreath card is so beautifully designed too with all the foliage and I am sure Wendy was absolutely thrilled to receive the gorgeous fairy card!
Hope you get some good answers soon and praying that your health improves soon too!

Such a beautiful selection of card today Brenda- fabulous compositions, stamps and colours, you have a wonderful way with the Lavinia stamps. Still debating which of the new ones I 'need'-those mice for definite!
not easy to get the 'cocktail' right when you have more than one health condition, sometimes the side effects are worse than what the problem started out to be, hopefully something will be sorted soon.

I love this set of cards. The colours are so bright and vibrant. I have no doubt that Wendy is very happy with her card chain card. It sounds as though you are not better, but neither are you worse. I do hope that's the case xx

What a fabulous collection of cards, Brenda, and I'd be proud if I had created any one of them, let alone all four! I feel your frustration at not being able to operate at your usual level, but I hope that you will be able to return to your craft room soon. Sending good wishes and hugs,

I love the new collection of stamps but have resisted so far but when I see fabulous little scenes like yours I'm very tempted. The autumn scene works well in the shaped card. Fabulous feast for the eyes Brenda, love the robins, and the cute mice, my favourite is the card chain fairy one, all beautiful though. I hope you start feeling better soon. Thinking of you xxx

The first card with the touch of winter fauna gives it such a natural, peaceful feel. A beautiful way to capture the magic of the season as does your second card with the cute mice.
As I said before I prefer the not so symmetrical wreaths, a florist will tell you it won't be perfectly symmetrical! This is another beauty. A beautiful autumn shaped card with such soft gentle colours.

Your winter collection is a feast for the eyes—each card radiates warmth and charm. The robins and mice bring such delightful character to the snowy scenes, and the wreath’s natural asymmetry adds a lovely organic touch. The fairy card for the chain challenge is especially enchanting, with its soft palette and magical details. Your ability to blend whimsy with elegance is truly inspiring. Wishing you strength and comfort as you navigate your health journey.
