Morning all, it's mid month inspiration time at We Love Stamping and Stamping Sensations where our themes are 'Make it Cute' as chosen by Mervi and CAS as selected by Helen. Prizes are House Mouse stamps from Oakwood and stamp sets from Grafton Crafts.
Above another Colorado Crafts image, one of a very few cute stamps I own, it's called Lots of Love, stamped coloured and cut out with the coordinating die and placed onto a background scene created with various Lavinia stamps. Double D has the theme 'Make your own background' which is what I did here as per usual. As you like it challenge asks for favourite dies and why, well they are not something I use that often but as mentioned below I've set myself the challenge to use more. These are a recent purchase and I'm rather enjoying them and made a good few cards with them.
I've used a Penny Black stamps called Lustrous, inked with Ecoline pens, stamped twice then one cut to give four sections to place over the base image. The sentiment is also Penny Black called Life, both a good ten or more years old. I've just been to Ellie's blog and this seems to fit her new I Spy CAS theme nicely and also Beautiful Blossoms.
Above is my Snippets Playground share, a few weeks back I set myself to challenge to be more adventurous with dies, whilst I did lots with them for TRR/Highlight that was much easier as they all have reflections artwork with them so no worry about dreaded colouring in. Above the results using new Penny Black and Spellbinder dies, OK'ish but way outside my comfort zone. I scored the white panel and ran an inkpad down to carry the colour of the embossed panel, stamped a sentiment then arranged the die cuts. Afraid I forgot a photo, so keen was I to clear up and move on to some stamping! But I will admit it was a great way to use up lots of small pieces of Bazzil cardstock which I've been hoarding for far too long.

3 beautiful and completely different designs - the bunny scene is gorgeous
Three very different cards. Great idea to pop the cute bunnies onto a Lavinia stamped scene and an interesting technique used with the flower stamp. Well done for using up some of your snippets to die cut the components on the third card.
So beautiful are all of your cards Brenda always manage a great card using up snippets and your bunny is just the cutest ever xx
A trio of loveliness here Brenda. Well done for using up some small snippets and coming over to play at the Snippets Playground. Bit blustery outside, but cosy in the treehouse! Xxx
Colorado crafts have some adorable stamps, this is a beauty teamed with your Lavinia stamped scene, a great layout with your Penny Black stamp and wonderful use of snippets
Beautiful cards Brenda!
Three super cards, Brenda. It made me smile when you said you were out of your comfort zone using die cuts and were keen to get back to your stamping. I’m the absolute opposite, I love creating with die cuts, but stamping still scares me a little. No idea why. 🤣 xx
Beautiful cards and stamps-love all the die-cut flowers/seed heads.

Three beautiful cards Brenda- the Colorado bunnies definitely fit the cute theme and work beautifully with the Lavinia stamps, your CAS card is striking and elegant, great use of you diecuts and snippets on the third- like what you did with the background.
xx
Lovely cards Brenda. I really like your cute rabbits especially those little flowers stamped in the background. I really love using dies so I am happy to see you getting yours out. That love edge die is really great. Might look out for that one. Love how the card turned out and the pops of red xx
Beautiful scene with the bunnies, adore the design & colors of your PB card and great use of scraps for the last one!
Great cards, all of them!
Really like the die cuts on the bottom one!
Fabulous cards again, love them all 😍. Like your idea to chop a second image to layer on top xxx
Three fantastic cards Brenda. It's so nice to try something that stretches us. lol
Three beautiful cards Brenda. I love the ethereal look of the CAS watercolour flower. Thanks so much for sharing with this month’s “I Spy With My Little Eye” challenge.
Your creative journey with dies and stamping is so inspiring. I love how you’ve challenged yourself to step outside your comfort zone and explore new techniques—especially with those Penny Black and Spellbinder dies. The layered backgrounds and thoughtful use of snippets show such a clever eye for detail. It’s also refreshing to see older stamps brought back into play; they add a lovely sense of continuity and charm.
