Good morning, our new theme at Allsorts is Birthdays or Anything Goes and has been selected by Donna. We have some stamp sets to be won this time round.
I've used all Lavinia stamps, Lupin who is a favourite Hare with lots of us, looking up at Forest Cap Toadstool house where there a Fairy Forager hovering so I'm thinking it just might be her home and I've a feeling Lupin is hoping for an invite for afternoon tea. Stencilling in the background and a die cut sentiment. We all have Fairies at the end of the garden so one for Ellie's Garden Party and Simon Say's Monday challenge Four Legged Friends.
Sharing the photo Margo 3 drew for me a few weeks ago, looks like weather plays a big part in her art, we've got a rainbow and rain, thunder and bright sunshine. It's apparently GG's house (what she calls me - Great Granny), impressed she's got perspective on the cars, mine a little two seater and GG's (yep, he's also GG) rather larger car. And if you look carefully by the shed out back the trailer he'd parked there when doing something else on the tractor, amazing what a young mind can take in.

Beautiful card Brenda, I do love Lupin, so sweet.
Margo has a talent there, her drawing is full of creativity. xx
Wonderful card and fab drawing. That young lady has talent. x
Lupin gazing up at the Forest Cap Toadstool is pure enchantment—such a whimsical scene, and the idea of him hoping for afternoon tea with the Fairy Forager made me smile. The stenciled background adds a lovely sense of depth and magic, and the die-cut sentiment finishes it beautifully. Margo’s drawing is a treasure—her attention to detail and storytelling through weather and perspective is remarkable.
A wonderful composition on your card and I love your choice of colours. Margo is an artist in the making, fabulous drawing.
I love the colors of your mushroom and how it's all bumpy. Plus it's a cute house. Nice use of those Lavinia stamps. I only have a few but I do love looking at everyone's creations using them. And wow, Margo draws so well for a 3 year old. I think she has some of GG's art skills. Have a super end of August and start to September Brenda. hugs-Erika
Love how you used colors instead of just black for the muchrooms! A great card! And fun to see how you pass the crafty gen on! Enjoy the weekend!
This toadstool house is a favourite of mine - a magical scene for a birthday card.
Gorgeous card Brenda- love the scene and that wonderful colourful toadstool house!
Margo is definitely showing early artistic talent, her drawing is remarkable for a three year old- everything is easily recognisable- and so much detail, clever girl.
