Morning everyone, Saturday morning so time for a new challenge at Allsorts and this week Lynn is in tune with the season and the theme of Autumn Colours, along with the A/G option. This months fabulous bundle of prizes come from Stamp Addicts, Oakwood, Highlight Crafts, Ruth Hamilton Dedsign, AALL and Create and Craft Stash.
I've not been the best of bloggers, it's not been a bit of a horrid week, we lost lovely Lily, my daughters Lab. When a Lab doesn't eat you know things are not good and in the end that horrid decision had to be made, Joy and I were both with her at the end. Those who have been through it as we have, too many times, will know. Daisy, our senior girl is 13 from the same litter and they have always done things together so we are hoping she won't pine too much. At the moment she still expects her to appear and stands looking a tad confused.
Onto my card which thankfully was made a few weeks ago as I've done little crafting this week. I absolutely love these wellies from A&C's The Great Outdoors, several pairs very like these are never far away. I masked the centre panel, inked with Oxides and used a stencil and texture paste to add the 'rays'. The flowers from Woodland and Flower Journey and words from good old Power of the Word. I stamped an envie with the Cone Flowers and stencilled some leaves.

The autumn colors look amazing and I love the sun rays shining down on those flowers in the wellies! I'm so sorry to learn of your daughter's loss. We dog lovers have all gone through it and it's not easy at all. Hugs to everyone.

Hi Brenda I am so very sorry to hear about Lily it is so heart wrenching when they leave us as you say dogs owners know the feeling only too well, I hope that Daisy doesn't pine too much but they feel the loss as much as we do. Your card is so beautiful, Great Outdoors was my first Aall and Create set along with another set from a US stockist so paid full price, can't believe how much it's marked down currently but surely worth the full price!! Love the scene you created with the rays and the flowers are gorgeous, one floral set I already have and waiting on another order with the sunflower. You are so right, I am really enjoying these new to me stamps!!
I´m very sorry to hear about little Lily Brenda, I know perfectly you are all very sad. our little laky has gone in January, and we remember him every day. I´m sure you ´ ll give all your love to Daisy, she needs you very much.

Mi dispiace così tanto, Brenda! Quando i nostri animali se ne vanno lasciano davvero un grande buco nel nostro cuore, specialmente quando dobbiamo porre fine alle loro sofferenze, è sempre una decisione devastante... Ci sono passata molte volte con i miei cani e gatti, purtroppo.
Un grande abbraccio a te e a Joy. Povera Daisy rimasta sola, ora ha bisogno di tutte le vostre coccole e di tante distrazioni...
La tua card è così vibrante e adoro quel sole che illumina la scena con i suoi raggi! Il piccolo scoiattolo forse sta pensando di farsi la tana negli stivali e quei fiori a decoupage sono stupendi! Anche io ho gli stivali di gomma sempre attorno, li uso tutti i giorni per andare nell'orto e dalle galline. Ho tre nuove galline ovaiole francesi, sono Marans grigio/blu, di taglia piuttosto grande e molto robuste, ma dolci e miti di carattere e si stanno ancora ambientando.

It's always sad to loose a pet, we've just been through similar with my daughters dog, she was only 5, so very unexpected.
