Sent with Love

Morning Peeps, Saturday and a new challenge at Allsorts with the theme of 'A/G with the option of number/s' selected by Lorraine. Stamp Addicts are offering the lucky winner a £15 store voucher, they are on Create and Craft at 5pm tomorrow.

Two of today's samples feature stamps in today's One Day Special on Create and Craft TV from AALL and Create, as always beautiful new images and I have quite a few more samples to share as I managed to create several before I went into hospital this week.

Above a brayered background stamped with For the Love of Numbers, then the beautiful Rose from Sent with Love, coloured and paper pieced, some pieces of net sources from the greenhouse, two sentiments from the same set, wording also from the same set in the background and two of the circled Roses from Rose Background cut out and covered with Glossy Accents.

With luck I might just squeeze into the Playground with the above card, snippets used for the paper pieced Rose, little circles and sentiment, my use of snippets might be a bit off beat but they are genuine pieces I keep in a rack for this very purpose.

My second share was for last months Stamp Addict Create and Craft TV shows, these lovely new Judikins stamps called Window to your Soul featured and I have used sets one and two above. The images stamped with Versafine onto a Gelli Plate background, a little colour added, white highlight and liquid pearls.

I have another sample using the new A&C release, this time a scene featuring the Heron snd Blousy Blossoms sets. I started with a background created with a mixture of Oxides and Pan Pastels, used a piece of acetate to get a water reflection of the two smaller Herons, stamped them again above, the large Heron, Bullrushes and for the sun I used the protractor shape stamped into one corner. Three of the words and finito.

Happy weekend and thanks as always for your kind visits and words of encouragement.

Wonderful cards as always Brenda! Love the subtle pink tones of the rose card and how satisfying to use up those snippets! The second card is really unusual and mysterious and I love your use of colour again. The heron card is beautiful too and I love the way you've built up your scene with different techniques. I see from the messages above that you've been in hospital so wishing you a speedy recovery. Vicky x

I recognized the stamp set you used here as soon as I saw it. Love your amazing layout and of course that stamp. Beautiful Brenda. I am so lucky there are a few stores here in Oz that carry the A&C range. Having fun with some of my Tracy stamps atm and so glad I could use one for the Allsorts challenge. Thanks for your lovely comment on mine. Hope you are recovering from your recent procedure.

Three really fantastic creations Brenda. I have never done braying or used a gelli plate. Something I might look at, I will never get produce cards like this though. I hope you are ok after your hospital visit.
