All new at Allsorts

Morning Peeps, this week Pauline is our host at Allsorts challenge and her theme is 'Anything Goes with the option of Use something new'. Helping Hands Craft are kindly donating a £15 store voucher for this weeks lucky winner.

Initially it was a dilemma where to start with the 'New' element but in the end the decision was made for me as I have been working with new stamps for both Fairy Hugs and Stampendous this week. Been a bit of a mad rush as due to the holidays, products only arrived mid week and the The Craft Store shows are 9th and 10th January so an unusually quick turnaround.

You can buy Fairy Hugs via the TV shows or from Julia here in the UK and Stampendous again direct from TV or here in the UK. Today I am sharing a couple of cards from both companies, at the top I have used a mixture of old and new releases from Fairy Hugs, I can't give you the links to the new ones yet as they won't be listed until Monday's One Day Special.

Above I have used the beautiful Stampendous Painted Lady, the Butterfly really lends itself to decoupage which is what I have done here.

Below another for Fairy Hugs, again with old and new stamps, the Fairy Couple being a new one.

And a House Mouse card, an unusual sight from someone who by their own admission doesn't do cute or much colouring in, but relatively happy with the result. This little fellow is called Bumble Bee Fun.

And a couple more from Fairy Hugs.

That's probably enough for one post, hope you all have a good weekend, stay safe and well and my thanks as always for your kind visits.

What gorgeous cards Brenda, even if they have been made is a bit of a rush - well done. Loving the fairy stamps, and that HM image is a real sweetie, and you have made a lovely card with it.
Stay safe

Loving the colours on the first one and that beautiful sky (and of course the poppies) on the last one. Your butterfly is fabulous and as you say perfect for the technique.

Love the colours and blending on the first Fairy Hugs, the cute stamp on the second Fairy Hugs, the whole composition of the butterfly card and the fab colouring on the image and sky of your House Mouse card. Your cards don't look as though they have been made in a rush Brenda.

Eye candy... Love that first card, including this rickety fence image that is perfect for scenes! Even the cute card has something to seduce me with, in the shape of the beautifully realistic clouds! x

The housemouse card isn't too cute; must be allowed every several months or so? And I myself like to colour as long as it doesn't take too long to do that... :) Both fairy cards are beautiful, but the butterfly is stunning! as always a treat to see a post from you! Rnjoy the weekend!

WOW - I love all four cards. LOVE House Mouse - but they can be tricky to colour! So sweet though!

That butterfly is a stunner and I love that you decoupaged it.

All such pretty cards Brenda, the large butterfly is gorgeous and you are so right it's perfect for decoupage- ing! Beautiful fairy scenes too, love the way you captured the sparkly wings on the photos! And you've done a fabulous job with the cute House Mouse stamp! The clouds are perfect!!
Hope you're having a good weekend. It's warming up a bit today but's supposed to bring some freezing rain later today, needless to say I've already had enough winter fun!!

Lovely cards Brenda, the background of the first looks so magical and I love the fairy couple framed in that pretty wreath. The butterfly looks stunning, it really looks as if it's just landed on that flower. Love the sky in the HM card, fabulous.

You would never know that there was a tighter deadline that usual Brenda. All have been made to your usual perfectionist standard!! I especially like the butterfly card and realise that I must add hexagonal dies to my wishlist... you are such an enabler! Thank you for the link to Julia's site which is new to me. Vicky x
