Masculine at Allsorts

Morning Peeps, another new challenge at Allsorts and Lorraine aka Lolo is hosting her first challenge and her theme is 'Masculine'. This weeks sponsor is Helping Hands Craft offering a £15 store voucher. I also have my shares from my post this week on the Chocolate Baroque blog here.

I always struggle with masculine cards, they seem to be something you either love or otherwise always find a challenge. My top card was a recent Craft Store make for Stamp Addicts using their Scenic Sailing set which includes several stamps to build up scene which I stamped into the aperture created with a stencil and DI's, then Pan Pastels for the background.

Another Craft Store make but this time for Chocolate Baroque, stamping Garden Lace Scene with Versafine Clair Medieval Blue into a background spritzed very lightly with Oxides and dabbed off before the colours ran too much. A simple make but there is so much interest in the image not much more is needed.

My two Chocolate Baroque creation which I guess could almost fit the masculine theme this week. All detail of stamps and products used are here.

Have a lovely weekend all and as always my appreciation for your visits and encouraging words.

Each one is so beautiful Brenda, and I had no idea you struggle with masculine cards as all your masculine cards (these and past creations) always turn out so well done!

So many wonderful cards and like Ellie I had no idea you struggled with masculine makes!
I love how you used the stencil on the first one and the colours, it looks great. The second one I now have but is yet to see ink, it is a lovely image with as you say not much more needed. So many lovely details on your other cards.

Great cards Brenda and I wouldn't have guessed you struggled with masculine themes. Love the stencil on the first, makes a great frame. I do like the last one, adding the tulle adds dimension to CAS.
