Kim Moody quirky houses

A Chocolate Baroque Fairy and Butterflies on the outside which was on display at Stamp Magic in Doncaster last month

Morning Peeps, a quick post with my creations from my post over at the Chocolate Baroque blog yesterday.............shame on me as I forgot to schedule a post here. Also some of my Kim Moody samples, this was Kim's first release of gorgeous stamps manufactured by Chocolate Baroque.......I did share one last month and also a few on my Instagram but it's another post I forgot on here.

Not an excuse but part of the reason is that I have been under a migraine fog for weeks and not really functioning properly, I've had them at least once a week since I was 10 but they have become progressively worse, so tomorrow I am seeing a doctor to see what changes can be made to my meds. Those who have migraines will understand, those who say (as may people do) it's just a headache need  a reality check!!

One of Ken's quirky houses, this one is called La Maison........every Fairy lives in a lemon and lilac house!!

And from yesterdays Chocolate Baroque post, samples using stamps from the last shows on Hochanda which were all about Butterflies, stamps sets used were: Harebell ButterflyBriar Rose ButterflyThistle ButterflyHoneysuckle Butterfly and Butterfly Daisy Collage

A plate decorated with tissue and pains, not totally happy with it and need to perfect the technique

More of Kim's houses from left La Maison, Head Office and Loft Conversation
Another that was on display at Doncaster, several people asked about the base shape which I explained on my blog here

I have quite a few more Kim Moody samples which I will share another day.

Wow, Brenda! What can I say? All of these appeal to me but I LOVE those quirky houses and the fairy door is AMAZING! So beautiful. I also love the shaped card, which looks wonderful with the contrast of the white behind it. Your plate is beautiful - I can't see a thing wrong with it, though I know what you mean - when we're not fully happy with a project, no one can change our minds, lol.

I really am in awe of what you've created here. Stunning :-)

Can I also add my best wishes for your upcoming appointment... hope all goes well and you find a solution to your health problems.

Hi Brenda, sorry to hear about the migraines, they are so debilitating things, and what a long time you've had to suffer them, I hope your doctor can sort something out for you.

I adore the fairy house, and the wonderful image you see when you open the door, and your other creations are gorgeous too. Take care, Kate x

What beautiful projects Brenda, particularly the fairy door and of course she would live in a lilac and lemon house...a des res for sure!! If your migraines are anything like mine (with vomiting unfortunately) it must be dreadful to suffer on such a regular basis. Thankfully mine are infrequent and are usually triggered by tiredness. I get really cross too when others liken them to a headache...grrrrrr!! Hope this is a migraine free week for you xx

The houses are so fun! I'm especially drawn to the card with 3 of them--love the coloring! Hope they can figure out what to do for the migraines, Brenda. Fortunately I don't suffer from them, but when I'm really sick it includes an awful headache, so I can sympathize.

Oh Brenda how do you function with weekly migraines.... I have been down to twice a year until recently, and then I got a cluster of weekly ones and it was horrible - a short course of another drug and they seem to have settled again. I describe the migraine hang-over as having "bruised brain syndrome".
Love your work - especially those tryptic cards and the that last one is exquisite.
Blessings
