Morning Peeps, this weeks Allsorts theme is hosted by Tracy and is 'New Beginnings'. Our sponsor is Sally-Anne from Digistamp Boutique and we have an extra prize of a Bride stamp to go with the theme.
My new beginning is 'Spring', I always think of it as a new beginning with the re-birth of all the wonderful things Nature has to offer and it never fails to amaze me how everything bursts into life as if by magic, Nature is truly wonderful and surrounds all who take the time to look and appreciate.
Both of my cards use Chocolate Baroque stamps, stamped with Versafine black and coloured in with Spectrum pencils and sparkle pens. Backgrounds on both have been created with Pan Pastels.
And here are a few shares of recent Chocolate Baroque sample made for shows which aired on Hochanda last month. They feature Village Life, Town Houses and English Cottages stamp sets. You will find details of how I made them all over at the Design Team blog here.

Oh Brenda what a gorgeous set of cards - I do admire your ability to create scenes in your cards - they are beautiful. love how you have sponged aroun d a circle to create your 'sun' against the green hills. What beautiful stamps you have had to work with too.
Blessings
Maxine
Fabulous set of cards, each one so pretty.
Happy Easter, I think we had enough problems of those witches at the blog;-))m

Wonderful selection of cards as always Brenda, but I especially love the beautiful spring cards. Have a great weekend xx
Wow!!! Such amazing colouring with pencils and sparkle pens on your two first cards!! Wonderful floral designs and fabulous delicate backgrounds! Spring is my favourite season and LOVE these cards, especially the second one! Your Nature cards always give good vibes to my soul... :) Thanks for sharing them!
The houses themed cards for CB look so beautiful, and the purple tones of the last one, with that stunning white embossing, catches my eyes... It looks just stunning, so magical and sweet!!
Hope that you have a lovely and peaceful day! Big hugs and love
Happy Easter!
Gorgeous creations!
Beautiful cards Brenda, I love the first ones with all the variety of flowers and colours. Have a good weekend.

Hi Brenda, I absolutely adore the floral cards and your design. They are so beautifully coloured too.
Your CB samples are fabulous, great images and colours, Kate x
A fabulous selection of lovelies Brenda, the floral panels are just what my garden should be looking like, except for primroses, the snow scorched most of the bulbs and the bunnies ate the rest!! xx
What a beautiful assortment of cards Brenda, loving all the spring flowers. My daffodils are trying to bloom already, crocus are in full bloom now, sadly I must have killed my tulips when I divided them a couple of falls ago. They haven't bloomed since! I don't have a big flower garden, so it's not nice when things don't bloom!
The houses cards are really pretty too, such beautiful backgrounds for them all!
Happy Easter!
Two fabulous Spring creations, gorgeous images with all the Spring flowers, brilliant colouring.
Four super cards with the CB images , some lovely images and gorgeous backgrounds but just loe the last one, the white on the stunning background looks really fabulous.
Oh by the way while the Spring flowers here are struggling to appear, they are not up to the normal standard for this time of year and it has been really bitter cold here today.
