It's yours truly's turn to host our theme at Allsorts this week and I have chosen 'Lavender and Lace'.
I have used this gorgeous shoe from one of Jo's lovely new Let's Create stamps sheets called Victorian Pleasures and also the rose frame from the Victorian Frame set........if you want to but some of the stamps follow the link and you can mail Jo direct. I stamped the shoe, cut out and added the smallest amount of watercolour, then added some lace and ribbon. I then placed it into the frame, cutting the edges of a couple of the leaves to lay over the toe of the shoe. Some memory box leaves and two roses made from Tonic punch and stamp rose set.

The lace is delightful on the shoe & adds such a sense of the old elegance to the whole. Super with the elegant colours too & I love the soft delicate shading of the shoe itself.

Well I know my eyes are bad but it is the first time I have mistaken a shoe for a pair of frilly knickers, what the heck was I thinking and I could not understand why they were there on this fabulous card.
So very pretty and delicate and I love the embossing folder and the fab flowers.
Looked again and decided that as I was drawn to lace and didn't really look at the whole of the image that I didn't make out the shoe. Doh!
