Morning everyone, it's mid way inspiration time at We Love Stamping and Stamping Sensations challenges where our themes are as always Anything Stamped with options of A mood board and Autumn colours. And a little note to say we will be announcing some changes to both challenges, so please make you check our new challenge posts on 5th November.
My card above following the colours of the mood board using A&C Daisy Elegance which along with lots of other A4 stamp sets is currently on offer for £11.60 (usually £28.99). Oxide background, some stencilling using Twisting and Turning and words from my own Believe, one of my own inspirational sentiment sets available from Create and Craft and Stamp Addicts. I would like to enter this into the current challenge at Path of Positivity who have a lovely photo for inspiration full of rich colours and also the new challenge at the Snippets Playground, bottles, flowers and sentiment all stamped onto inky offcuts.
This one is not dissimilar to one a few weeks ago, some simple matting and layering, ink blending using Autumnal coloured Oxides, the three A&C A7 sets, Windy Willow, Leaf is Better and Garden Times all stamped with Versafine Clare Acorn and some colour added to bring the laves to life.
Here it is folded and tied with some ribbon.

2 beautiful cards today Brenda. Very interested to see your lovely Daisy Elegance card .. that is one of the sets I ordered in the sale as the price was too good to miss and I had liked that stamp for a long time … though I was a bit taken aback by how big the individual images are! My favourite today is your trifold card .. your colour scheme is wonderful and the three images look stunning used together like that.

I would not have put the colours on the first card together, but they work so well. A lovely bright bold card. Your little booklet card is so sweet with the autumnal theme.
ReplyDeleteThe first is a beautiful combination of stamping and color and I love those 2 little bunnies! I love the folded book too, it just so pretty with the autumn leaves and colors of fall.
ReplyDeleteBoth beautiful creations Brenda, the colours of the first one so vibrant they really pop out at you. My favourite, though, is the second one with the equally lovely but more muted palette, it's a real stunner.

ReplyDeleteCiao Brenda, quelle margherite viola/blu nelle bottiglie sono davvero eleganti e che bella palette allegra! Amo quello splash di giallo arancio dietro alle bottiglie e concordo perfettamente con il bel sentiment!

Da me le querce non mancano! Oggi piove e la temperatura è scesa, ma non troppo, per il momento. In ogni caso ho messo via le ciabattine infradito, credo che l'Autunno sia arrivato :)

I really love the color combination on the first card. I don't use purple often enough but it really is a great color and pairs well with so many other colors. Great imagery on the second card.
