Morning Peeps, it's Saturday and time for a new challenge at Allsorts where our host is Mervi and she would like to see creation with 'More than one word'. We have another lovely prize from Craft Stash. It's also mid month time at Penny Black and More and Stamping Sensations challenges so I lave my shares for those posts. Our themes there are 'Make it Feminine' and 'Favourite Stamps' so I do hope you will join in.
Not my normal style of card but I wanted to focus on the Penny Black stamp which fitted really well within this die frame set, so a fairly simple one to make placing the die cuts over some DP, the sentiment focally and two Penny Black Butterflies.
If I ever needed any reminder that I love Penny Black stamps this post confirms as apart from the flowers on the card above, every single stamp is a Penny Black right down to the little Dragonfly on the last card. For the above card I used DI's and a stencil to create the background, stamps my all time favourite Penny Black sentiment and stamped the Heartfelt flowers onto vellum, embossed with detail white EP and cut out with the coordinating die.
Another Penny Black Brushstroke stamp inked direct to stamp with Distress Markers and repeat stamped to build up the colour, some soft background stencilling, a PB sentiment and Dragonfly.
Happy weekend everyone.

Beautiful, beautiful cards Brenda - I'm not sure which is my favourite, they are all so gorgeous - I think maybe the pink one wins by a petal.

Wow, stunning cards Brenda, gorgeous dies and design with lovely butterflies.

A great use of the brush stroke stamps, I have a few but have no idea how to use them, most bought in error, pretty colours.
