Running oh so late

Good Morning Peeps, I thought I had better get a quick post done to show I really am still here, I am so all behind where I wanted to be by now and could do with an eight day week. I've had my head down working on samples for Stamp Addicts new Create and Craft show on...........just amended, now a couple of days earlier the 31st May.......can't share just yet, but will schedule some shares for when we are on holiday, so for now just a mega quick post with a couple of shares using Timmy's Papillion stamps set.

The top one very simple using some masking and inking, the second one a bit more messy and grungy again using distress inks and the same stamp set.

Have a lovely Tuesday everyone, hubby assures me the suns going to make an appearance today, time will tell as they say.

  9. I love that top one especially - glorious combination of colours on those wings & the wide border with the double matting is beautifully done. Lovely the way those butterfly wings extend over the edge too. The second is another inking special & I love the touches of white & silver which really draw the eye.
Take care midst all your busyness. Sun already glowing here & I've a book selling day ........... tourist season is just upon us.

  17. Lovin both of these, a quick question Brenda can the Eclipse Strips be used to hold nesties in place, what I am using at the moment keeps tearing my card and leaving a indent where it has been through the Calibur?

  25. Brenda, Brenda, Brenda. Are you trying to make me bankrupt misses!?! First the new distress inks. which of course I had to buy and now these stamps which are calling to me (in a whimsical, mystical whisper of course!) "Leeeeeeee, you must buy meeeeeee". Hmmmmm, its probably not the sign of a healthy mind when you hear craft products calling to you, is it? Nevertheless, these cards are incredibly beautiful and its all your fault my hubby won't get fed this week......cause I want those stamps now. Heehee.....I'll send him around to yours, and you can feed him, lol. Oh all right......I'll feed him, but it means I don't get the stamps right now! Humph!!!! lol. Lee x
