Good morning, time for a new challenge at Allsorts where I'm your host and my chosen theme is 'All Creatures Great and Small'. There are two lovely prizes of Lavinia Stamps.
Short post, icing on the cake this week, hubby had emergency surgery after routine cataract surgery went wrong and I have ocular shingles so not feeling on top of the World.
Card below made weeks ago for this challenge and above one of the few made with the new Lavinia Midnight Coven release. Not usually into Halloween but do rather like these and want to play more. Linking to the Animals theme at Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers.
Entering the above at Alphabet Challenge I for Insects (Bees) and As You Like It Wild Animals, love to watch the antics of the many grey and black garden Squirrels and Just Add Ink colour palette.
Sorry no visits, done a few short ones for DT commitments but do hope to get round to everyone soon.

Oh NO Brenda. What awful news on the health front for both you AND your husband. Looked up ocular shingles and it sounds extremely uncomfortable. I wish you and your hubby a speedy recovery.
ReplyDeleteYour scenic card with the Lavinia stamps is gorgeous, as always.
Big hugs going your way,
Sarn xxx
Gorgeous animals Brenda. Wishing you well xx
ReplyDeleteTwo beauties Brenda, sorry to read that both you and hubby are having problems with your eyes, sending best wishes for a speedy recovery to you both xx
ReplyDeleteLove the colours on your Halloween scene card, great use of the new stamps. Your scenic card with the different layers looks wonderful.
ReplyDeleteYour layered scenic design has such lovely depth, and the rich colors and thoughtful placement of the Lavinia elements make your creature themed card feel magical and full of atmosphere.
ReplyDeleteNot a good week for you and hubby, hope he is recovering well after the surgery and there's no lasting damage to his vision. Ocular shingles is no fun either, hope your eyes are not too sore and the virus doesn't linger too long.
ReplyDeleteBoth your cards are gorgeous, can't decide which I like best, they are both so magical.
Look after yourself and rest those poorly eyes!
xx
Good grief, what is life going to throw at you next 😢, I hope you both recover quickly, how awful for you. Please don’t even think about commenting, we all understand and don’t expect you to do extra work, your beautiful cards are enough. Take care xxx
