Day is over, night has come


Morning Peeps, it's Saturday and time for a new challenge at Allsorts where our host is Kath who is going all dotty this week with the theme of 'Spots and Stripes'. Our lucky winner will receive a lovely Woodware stamp and sentiment from Craft Stash.

I used a stencil and Pan Pastels to create the spots simply and dots, stamped Lavinia Fairies and Poppies using Versafine Clair, a sentiment which is also Lavinia and matted onto some coordinating DP and black base card. Simples!

    This is a really fabulous card Brenda, great choice of colours and a really lovely sentiment which reminded me of a thing I think we used to say in the Guides. 'Days done, gone the sun' and I can not for the life in me remember the rest of it. I am sure it was something to do with lowering the flag.
