Good morning to you all, it's time for our new challenge at Allsorts where this week Tracy Mouse has come up with the theme of 'Girly and Sparkly'. Our sponsors are A Day for Daisies and a pair of NEC Manchester tickets.
So it had to be fairies for me with a bit of inkiness as well as sparkle. All of the stamps are from Lavinia, stamped with black archival onto a Brusho background. I let the wet brushos run down the card to achievd a graduated look, what I always love about them is the extra colours that are drawn out as you increase the water, I used just two colours here, cobalt blue and lemon, yet there are aquas, lilacs and even a hint of green.
After adding a bit of colour to the fairy wings and flowers with the same brushos, I sprinkled with liberal helpings of glitter and also some stickles for the 'fairy magic' and around the ivy at the top.

I must dig mine out soon it's been a while since I played with them been having too much fun with a new of AquaTints (landscape) ones. I also managed to persuade my OH to purchase me a big box of card for Valentine's so I know I'll lots of card stock to play on lol! I need more Lavinia stamps but they will have to wait.
