Our theme this week at Allsorts is Love is in the Air, one I feel will be popular with Valentines Day just around the corner. We have two lovely sponsors, Nicecrane Designs and DigiStamp.
For the top piece I decorated a chipboard heart, starting by covering with acylic pain then over stamping with Penny Black Floral Thread, distressing the edges and adding some lace and flowers made with Tonic's Stamp and Punch Rose set to embellish round the Nicecrane image from the Sweet Valentine Design sheet.
The second one is fairly simple using an image from the same deign sheet, a frame cut with a Spellbinders, computer generated letters and some roses.

Both pieces are stunning Brenda, as the image of the top one has hearts on it, it fits the heart hanger just perfectly, clever that. The card is gorgeous too, love how the flowers pick up the colour in the image just perfectly. Great pieces both of them!!

These are both gorgeously feminine & thoroughly vintage. Your leaf sprigs in the second echo the edging pattern of the card base beautifully & I love that floral spray following on from the one in the image - amazing how the two join!
