Saturday candy and a bit of fantasy



Our lovely Jo is our host at Allsorts this week and has selected the theme of Use Your Alphabet, so she wants to see some lettering there other than the regular stamped sentiments. Our sponsors this week are Whimsy and Craftbag so double chance to win a great prize.

I really have appreciated your kind comments and mails this week as I am still unable to stamp or type properly due to the painful arms and hands so my wings remain well and truly clipped. My card is one I made a few weeks ago when I fancies a bit of inkiness and again confirming my theory of working a few weeks ahead is a good one for me. I created a background with a mixture of distress inks then stamped a Chocolate Baroque window and a variety of leaves and flowers. Next I bleached our some elements to lighten and painted here and there with Twinkling H2o's which I also used to paint the Stampendous fairy. The large letter was cut with Cricut Storybook and the remainder computer generated.

Now for the winners of last weeks candy who is Paty.....your comment didn't go to a blog, it went to your Google profile but I was unable to find a contact so I do hope you will see this and mail me your full name and postal addy. Should I not hear from you by 17th I will reluctantly re-draw and notify the new winner by mail or blog comment.

And this week I have a JudiKins Bollio double sided border stamp, same rules as usual....................
