Homer the Raven

Monday morning and time to share this weeks Prickly Pear DT piece and give you a heads up to check here on Friday as there are going to be some awesome goodies up for grabs.

I have used this cute little image called Homer the Raven, stamped him and coloured with Pan Pastels which I also used to create a background, then stamped the spiders web ATC stamp and cut an oval aperture. Some Bo Bunny DP for the base, a flower made with Tonic punch and stamp Rose set and the leaves are Cheery Lynne. I would like to enter:

Hope you all have a good Monday.

Never thought about the weight of the handle with the pro - d'uh, sorry. With me it's about balance and coordination rather than strength, oh and memory of course lol! Thanks for sorting the other thing. Maddy x

I have had the first carpal tunnel surgery (sideways) but think I prolly am now ready for the more invasive vertical op.

  26. Brenda, I have to tell you that when I saw the title of your card I had to take a deep breath before I scrolled down to your photograph. I'm very afraid of birds and I was imagining a Raven in an eerie Halloween setting and could feel my anxiety levels rising. I'm so pleased I took the risk because your card is delightful - yes, even Homer in his Pumpkin coloured witches hat. Your colouring is superb. I love your spider web backing (no I'm not afraid of spiders) and your flower with the gently swirling leaf die is gorgeous. You've put a lot of work into creating this beautiful, non scary Halloween card and I'm delighted to tell you that I've enjoyed it enormously. Good luck in our challenge this week.
