Rather green and blue


Using the Sometimes quote stamp and flowers from Congratulations Heart around the edges onto a background of Dylusions Vibrant Turquoise, Cut Grass and Fresh Lime

Scheduled ahead as today we should be in Cannes on the French Riviera and sharing a few samples which I made ready for the Stamp Addicts programme........it's been a bit delayed and will now be screened on 16th August, so there will be time to share a few more when I get back from my hols.

Using the Congratulations Heart, paper pieced onto a sheet of an old book which I sprayed with Dylusions London Blue and Cut Grass. Lily made with Tonic Punch and Stamp set.

    My eye keeps going back to your lovely dress form with all the detail. The little skirt is an absolute delight & I love how the gridded texture in the background is echoed by netting of the lace. Your bleached flowers are utterly effective. In the second one it's the lovely scrollwork along the side that catches my attention.

    Gorgeous greens and blues, Brenda - as you know, I'm always going to fall for that combination! Love the pop of the white flowers in the frame of the first, and the wonderful use of the book pages in that second card.

    Pretty, PRETTY cards, Miss B! I especially am fond of the first card. Your color choices and textures and MARVELOUSLY oh-so-true sentiment! Have you ever closed your eyes and determined that you want to remember a particular moment, and never let it escape your memory? I do that often, and sometimes, it's as simple as watching wildlife in the back yard, or enjoying the "view" of my dear hubby snoozing in his chair at night.
