More Frantage and Pans

Morning Peeps, hope your all OK which is more than can be said for the weather the last couple of days, yep we've got rain yet again and it's decidedly cold as well.

I have a couple of shares for you using Ruth's Tonic Pick of the Bunch stamps. On the top one I just used the ivy from the Peony and Rose sets and stamped them over a background of Pan Pastels, the coloured the leave with the Pans as well.................have you all guessed that I am totally loving working with them ? As someone who just cant colour in I am finding their versatility and blendability............it that a word I wonder..........just amazing. A TH fence and some Frantage..........my other most fav product lately.

My second card is fairly simple and I let the gorgeous Marianne die and single peony flower do the talking. This image is also coloured with Pans and it really does take just minutes. I blame the 'need' to buy this die on one of my fellow bloggers Anne, I saw the gorgeous Christmas card she made with it a couple of days ago and just had to have it, so I'm blaming this all on you Anne.

You can find out where to buy Ruth's stamps by clicking on the thumbnails below.

I would like to enter the top card for:

Simon Says - Leaf Inspiration
Kaboodle Doodles - Colours of Autumn
Stamp with Fun - Autumn

And I would like to enter the second card into:

Marianne's Designs - Stamp Something

Have a good day and thank you for popping in.

  4. Morning Brenda. Sun's out here at the moment but it seems to do that a lot here - and then disappear about 10 for the rest of the day. It hasn't been cold here yet though - just wet.
The Frantage on the top card really makes the fence look old and rusty - very effective. Two fab cards.

  19. Love both cards and can see that you have found something that works verry addicting; the panpastels! I still won't buy them, but will go play with them in a few weeks at a frend. Just as you I probebly like them, not sure that I'll be able to make something quite as beautifull as your first card! Oh, and it's raining here to; nice weather to go crafty! Hope that your craftroom is getting there! Hugs, Gerrina

  22. Beautiful cards Brenda. You're doing great things with your new favourite Pan Pastels. Love that Peony stamp. We had two peonies in our garden when I was young, a red one and a white one, really pretty flowers.

I haven't seen Pan Pastels in real life and I'd probably best keep away from them or that'll be another thing I might have to buy lol!!

    Take care,

    Kat xx

  26. Hi Brenda - I'm playing catch up, haven't had huge amounts of blogging time lately, my niece's baby was born three weeks ago with meningitis and so it's been a bit of a troublesome time (she's improving now) - as you've had yourself, I hope you are beginning to feel stronger since losing Buffy and continue to find strength to remember her with peace.

I was on holiday for Stamp Addicts birthday otherwise I would have come along to the shop (but a beach in Turkey was quite a good alternative!) Hope you had a great day - am loving your latest creations, have had my eye on pan pastels but am resisting as can't really justify spending out on yet another colouring medium...have added Frantage to my goodies though and am loving it too !

Anyway I'll stop waffling or this will be a novel rather than a comment - just wanted to stop bye and send best wishes as it's been a while... Take Care, Esther xx
