Morning to you all, hope your weekend was a good one.
Just popping in with this weeks DT piece for Prickly Pear and this week I have used this lovely stamp which I masked to enable me to extend the trees either side of the sun..........the stamp is the sun/moon and three trees either side but it's really easy to line up and extend as I have done. The colouring and sun rays have all been created with Pan Pastels. And as Gail gave me a little prompt I would like to enter this into the following:
Craft a Scene - Trees, Trees, Trees
Craft a Scene - Trees, Trees, Trees
I thought I had also better share this one with you as it's already been on the store blog, I did it as an inspirational piece for the sketch competition we have running at the moment and used some lush Graphic 45 DP's and the lovely Prickly Pear poinsettia stamp and matching die set.
Thanks for popping in, I always appreciate your visits and kind comments.

ReplyDeleteSo pretty - both of them! I love the design of the Christmas card and those beautiful poinsettias and gorgeous red bow!
ReplyDeleteThese are very different from one another - the first a super example of using a stamp creatively to create a scene. The second shows a lovely interpretation of the sketch & how a basic layout may be adapted to create something quite eye-catching. Love the angled tails to the patterned paper background.
