Lilies and leaves

Good morning to you all, it's time for our new challenge at Allsorts where Wendy would like us to use 'At least three dies' on our work. Our prize is from Sizzix. I also have some of the cards I made for today's Tattered Lace Trio's one time only shows on Create and Craft TV.

The card at the top and the one below are two of a set of six I was asked to make specifically for a promotional video using the beautiful new Lily Trio die's and matching stamps set. The Lily die set has three dies graduated in size for perfect decopaging and I have stamped them with the coordinating stamp and then embossed with the matching embossing folder, the Trio's are such clever sets and great to work with. I also used one of the smaller stamps from the set on the blue matting layer. As well as the Lily dies, I have used the Essential Lattice and Meadow Grass and all are cut from the new A4 Ombre cardstock which has been specifically designed for use with embossing folders and dies and is a delight to work with.

This card also fits in with our Allsorts theme, using the Essential Large Hears, Trio Lily, Essential Hearts and Ornate Leaves

And here are a couple more using some of the other Trio sets.............

Using the Autumn Leaves Trio dies which has leaves in three sizes and coordinating stamps plus embossing folder......and Brusho background

Using Love Bird Berries Trio's and matching stamps and embossing folder

Using Woodland Glade Trio's with matching stamps and embossing folder

Happy weekend.

ooh, you have been busy. They are all lovely and I keep going back and admiring the bows :). We got 30 cm of snow tonight which was a surprise this morning when we got up. No idea when the tractors will come to do their job so I guess it's plummeting through it all for the walkies. Poor doggy who is a Lancashire Heeler, he'll just disappear :)

Brenda, all these gorgeous bows are so pretty! The blue and brown card is just perfect. Love the way you did the flowers and greenery! The others are gorgeous and so creative. This really brightens my day, been a long one. My son almost went into antiphilactic Shock last night and we were at the hospital for hours. He is better! Needless to say I am wiped out from stress. May go in the art room after seeing these gorgeous pieces, just the boost I needed. Hugs, Autumn

Funny, I love flowers but there is one flower that I do not like and that is Lily's, I can not stand the smell from some of them, but I love that Lily die and your choice of colours on the first card is my favourite at the moment.
The next card is a fabulous shape and love the different colours and the next three are amazing too.
Thank goodness for a Husband who has mellowed in his old age and is not turning the heating off every two minutes.
Have a good and healthy week.
As for behaving in the Playground, can't promise but I will try my best.

What beauties are these! And yes a crafty weekend sounds good Brenda. I was at a Craft Fair yesterday - it was dire! It snowed and it blowed so no one was about. Even so I enjoyed being out amongst other crafters. Judyx

Once I get my jaw closed, after seeing each of these gorgeous cards, I will admit that the brusho one, while not the most intricate, will be my fav (just because of the brusho!). #1 is where my jaw started to drop open, and each card, it went further down. These are such beautiful cards, showcasing these wonderful dies. Don't know about that new paper, so will have to check. You are an amazing resource for TL, and they are lucky to have you creating what they display on the shows. Hope you are feeling lots better this evening, and how you have time (or even feel up to it) to create such lovely & unique cards, just astounds me. Each is just a little jewel. TFS & Hugs. Have a good week.
